Unfortunately, sometimes a serial number may become compromised. The license could be stolen, the user may violate the license agreement, or the user may request a refund or issue a chargeback and therefore no longer have the right to use your software.

In all these cases, blocking a license is the appropriate solution. Simply click the Block item in the function menu to block the serial number. From that moment on, any activation attempts using this serial number will fail. The blocked state of the license is indicated with a lock icon.

Whenever you want to unblock the key, click the Unblock item.
