3.9.5.2369 VMProtectGetCurrentHWID cause BSOD

Last topic has solved the sys protection stuck problem.But when I using VMProtectGetCurrentHWID the system BSOD.
BSOD Code:PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
I tried in Win11(PhysicalMachine) and Win10(VMWare),both bsod.
