Renew my license and your website 404-ed?

Just tried to renew my ultimate version license, but upon payment is complete the website redirected back to an invalid 404 URL: https://cpanel.safecharge.com/lib/demo_ ... sponse.php

I have no idea what your URL means because we use payproglobal.com as payment system instead of safecharge.com and your order was successfully completed.

I selected Alipay as a payment method, maybe alipay redirects to safecharge?

Anyway, PayPro Global did confirm my payment, but I didn't receive download link from VMPSoft, and sending an email to your side results in:
