how to use VMP Demo

Hi,
I'd like to know whether VMP supports the following functions:
1.code obfuscation
2.Key data encryption
3.Key module encryption
4.Virtualization detection
5.Debugging environment detection
6.Shell (compression, encryption)

Also, i download the VMP Demo but i don't know how to use it. can i simply import .exe and don't use Visual Studio? i can't find a user guide about how could i start with an .exe file.
Besides, does it support pycharm or VS Code?
