Mingw map file bug

Mingw generated map file will contain a localized string.
If the sentence at the beginning of the map is not english, VMP cannot recognize the map.
please fix.

/opt/local/lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/11.2.0/../../../../x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/../lib/crt2.o (_MINGW_INSTALL_DEBUG_MATHERR)
/opt/local/lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/11.2.0/../../../../x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/../lib/libmingwex.a(lib64_libmingwex_a-mingw_vfprintf.o)
When I delete the localization folder of Mingw, VMP can recognize the map file.

I mean the full MAP file.
