not getting updates via email

ever since the initial purchase on march 5th i havent received any new builds and not even the new 3.6 version.
someone else bought the license for me, is that a problem?

We are unable to send emails to *@protonmail.com because this domain is blocked in our country.

Please send your request from your registered email with information about your purchased order (order number, license owner, billing information, etc.).

i sent an email to "support@vmpsoft.com" from the protonmail email
