VMProtect SDK in open-sorce project

Is it allowed to include the VMProtect SDK/Library files (VMProtectDDK64.lib and VMProtectSDK.h) in a public open-source project in order to add markers in the source code?
This would allow the users to use their VMProtect copy to use it on the file, if needed.
