can't run program with 3.5.1 build 1342

my desktop is macbook air M1 8+256
using "Parallels Desktop 17.0.1 vitual machine" to run windows 11 (arm) .
my program protect by 3.5.1 build 1342 ,can not run , quit in silence;
but , the same program protect by 3.0.9 can run.
environment info:
