Out of system resources?

Post by R4z8r »

Hey everyone,

I'm very satisfied with the purchase of VMProtect. I need to virtualize all the functions inside my project. Adding functions via the .MAP file is very easy! However, when I try to add all functions, VMProtect prompts me with the message "Out of resources" and hangs itself. It happens on every computer I tried to do so. I have 8gb of ram, and the harddrive is not full either( in the resource monitor everything looks ok and VMProtect is only using 54 mb ).

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Regards,

There's no reason to virtualize absolutely everything, it is enough to protect only critical parts of code.
However, VMProtect should not show such messages, so please send EXE, MAP and project files to info@vmpsoft.com

Yes, you are correct. I just wanted to test the performance with all functions virtualized( why not virtualize them all when the performance is almost the same ), but my program didn't work quite normally anymore, so it's solved :)

Hi Admin,

I don't think the problem is completely gone I did a lot of open protect then close the file and the problem occurred again. It doesn't bother me just thought I would let you know.
