Hi,

You are really closing topics and telling you refund right now, without receive the information of the buyer?
That´s a bit strange.

Really want the refund.
Please communicate at least a bit, thanks.

Asked for refund, he told is already refunded but isn´t.
After that he blocked me on telegram.

Never getting reply back.

The product in general is good, if the project isn´t that big it maybe works.
If not you lost your money like me.

If you didn't get your refund, I'd contact Pay Pro Global and explain the situation.

If they still refused to help, just do a credit card reversal with your bank and also explain the situation to them and that you tried to work it out with the merchant to no avail. I'm sure they would help you.

Document all e-mails, forum posts, and phone calls if need be, but it usually isn't a big deal to get your bank to reverse a credit card transaction in good faith when you've tried your best to go through the appropriate channels for your refund.

The order #23550148 was refunded. Also you are able to check it by yourself. You will receive your money in 3-5 business days - it's a common period for all payment systems.
